[00:00:57] Speaker A: Good morning.
Yes.
Don't you love that song?
Yeah. And I. I didn't grow up in the States, and I. I remember when I first heard it, and when I came to the States, I was like, this is pretty catchy. This is pretty cool. I like it. I like it. Do you guys know the rest of the song? You got, you got. Okay, you do. All right, all right, all right. You guys try to sing it.
All right. So he starts off with, like, this. The light of mine.
I want to snap. I'm doing a snap thing. That's how I learned it. A snap snap. Okay, you guys with me? Come on. How committed are you? Let's do it. Let's do it. All right. Okay, let's go. This is the light of mine I'm going to let it shine this little light of mine I'm going to let it shine this little light of mine.
What's the next verse?
Shine, let it shine, let it shine oh, hide it under a bushel.
Oh, wow.
[00:01:57] Speaker A: I'm gonna let it.
Yes. How about the next one? Oh, won't let Satan blow it out.
I'm gonna.
Yes. Shine it till Jesus comes. I'm gonna let it shine Let it shine, let it shine let it shine. Yes.
[00:02:16] Speaker A: That song, by the way, is going to stay with you the entire day, the entire week. And you are so welcome.
Yeah. Yeah. You know what's funny, though, is that this is the season of lights, right? It's all about lights. But don't you find yourself comparing lights like I do? Like, when I think of, like, this little light of mine, I sometimes wonder. I don't know if I have much of a light. You know what? I'm saying, I mean, as a pastor, I feel like I've got a significant amount of light, you know? Okay. I should. But some of us, we're like. I don't know, like, your light might be like this guy right here.
This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine, but I'm not quite sure if it's making a difference, you know, I think some of us, we kind of live our lives like that. We judge the light that we have, the light we possess, and we just judge lights. I mean, I shall be honest with you. I don't know if some of you guys do this. I do this. I drive around my neighborhood and I judge people's lights on their houses. Anybody else does this?
Come on. Come on, be honest, please. You don't do that. You do this. Yes. Yes. Anybody else does that? Yeah, thank you. Be honest. Be honest. We do. We do. Here's the problem, though. I judge people's lights. I don't have any lights in my house. I don't.
But I say. I say to myself, I wouldn't do that.
I'm not. Yeah, if I was going to do it, I'd do it a lot better than you, buddy.
Sometimes Ash and I will drive by and be like, they just gave up. They were like, they gave up. Halfway. Halfway. It's halfway done. You're like, come on, can you add some more? Yeah. We walk around, we're like, yeah, you should fix this. You should fix this. Don't come to our house. No, no. I wonder if we do that when it comes to, like, just the effectiveness that we have in our lives. Like, do we judge how effective, how much light comes out of us?
Like, are we, in one sense, as followers of Jesus, Would you say you glow in the dark?
[00:04:10] Speaker A: Do you? Or you're like, no, I don't glow in the dark. This is my light, bro. This is it. This is it. And it's barely lit. Like, it's not even enough for me. No one. I don't know. And then yet some of us are convinced that we are the light of the world. And here's why. Because Jesus actually calls us to do that. So the last couple of weeks, I would say the last eight weeks, we were in a series, and it's been the longest series that we've done in a while, and it was the Beatitudes. It's like, you know, blessed are those and blessed are those, and all that. We went through it. Some of you guys were there for that. You're like, okay, finally, can we be done. Well, here's what's funny about that. It was great, but Jesus kept on going.
And so I just thought, let's just keep on going. Let's just, you know, I'm like, let's just preach his sermon.
Let's not make up my own. Let's just preach his stuff. So he just keeps on going. So when he ends that whole be attitude, Blessed Are youe, He ends with being a peacemaker and all that. Or, sorry. He ends with, blessed are you who are persecuted. Then he says here, he basically says, let me explain this to you. Let me tell you why you need to be a blessing. Let me tell you why this is important. Here's why. He says, because you are salt.
[00:05:17] Speaker A: You're the salt in this world. You're like salt. And so to us, we're like, could you use anything else? But why salt? Why? Because salt, back in those days was the currency of the time. People would pay people with salt. The word salt is the Latin word sal, which is the word that we derive the word salary from.
So if you've got a salary, anybody get a salary?
That comes from the idea of being paid in salt. And Jesus says, you are salt, friends. You're salt. That's what I'm telling you to be a blessing. You are so expensive. You are the currency of this world. You are the currency of love.
And so I want you to understand that. And then right after that, he says also, you are light.
You are light. And this is what he says. He says, you are the what?
Light of the world. He says, you're the light of the world. Like a city on a what? Hilltop? You're like a city more than this. You're sitting on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one. No one puts a light under a lamp. No, they don't do that. And then puts it under a basket. He says, if you're tempted to do that because you're, like, judging your light, don't do that. Don't put it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on what? What? It's a stand. He says, I want you to understand, own the fact that you are light. And you need to be strategically standing in a place to give light to the world.
Because if you put a light stand. If you put a light on a stand, it gives light to everyone in the house. He says, I want you to understand that you're that important.
And then he says, in the same way.
In the same way, here's what I'm saying. He's saying, your Good deeds should shine out for all to see.
Because if they do that, everyone will do what?
Praise your Father in heaven. I mean, that's who you're called to be. And for some of us, we're like, ah, man, I'm not quite sure if I can own this. And so this Christmas series, what we're going to do is I'm going to try to convince you that your little light of yours, you need to let it shine.
Because your little light, in fact, is bigger than you think. It's more significant than you think. It might be a little, tiny little light. But I'll tell you what, this little light of yours, regardless of where you are in your spirituality and your faith with Jesus, it can do one thing, and that's a huge thing, and it will do this. This little light will disturb the darkness in your life and in your world.
Your little light will disturb the darkness. It will interrupt. It'll mess with it a little bit. And for some of us, we find ourselves in a place where we are looking around us and we go, it's so dark. It's divisive. This place, I'm not quite sure. I just want you to know, I want you to let it shine because it's disturbing something.
And for some of us, you're gonna realize today that God wants to shed some light inside of you, and it's gonna disturb the darkness within you. And what I mean by darkness, I'm not talking about just evil things, other things, but we tend to go to evil things. We do.
We tend to do that. In fact, Jesus knew this, and here's what he said. Let me just go to it. It's a passage right here. It says, the light came into the world, yet people. What?
Love. Loved what?
The dark. And I gotta be honest with you, I love the dark. I do. I like dim lighting. You know why? Because everybody looks better in dim lighting.
You're welcome.
[00:08:52] Speaker A: We just do. We just do.
It's one of those things that sets the mood, right?
Have you ever in a mood with the lighting and the music and all that, and someone turns on the light, you're like, what is wrong with you?
What is wrong with you? Shut it off.
No, no. When it's time to go, they go. They turn on the lights. They go, okay, every out. It's over. It's over.
But I believe that God is saying that, hey, I know your tendency. I know your tendency to do that. I want to do that. You know, I. For me, like, I got Lasik surgery. Anybody got Lasik surgery done. Okay, Right. I'm still holding on. I don't need reading glasses.
I'm rebuking that if that's a spiritual word, if you guys know about. Okay. But that's not gonna happen. But anyways, Demon of blindness. Anyways.
[00:09:42] Speaker A: So I got LASIK done. And one of the things that happens if, you know, is that you are very sensitive to light, very sensitive to light as you have put shades on.
So you just gotta walk around with shades all the time, which is great. I love that too.
[00:09:57] Speaker A: But it gets a little too much. And I've realized that so often in my life, I just kind of like dim lighting all the way around and everything. And then I began thinking, you know, because I do that sometimes. Think I go, I go, I wonder if I like it. I like dim lighting in my soul.
Like, I wonder if there's things in my life that I just like.
[00:10:21] Speaker A: Turn it down just a little bit because it just looks so much better.
Like my fear. Insecurity is awesome when it's dimly lit.
You know what I'm saying? Like, my fears and my judgment and my. Whatever. Bad attitude, man. Just dim the lights a little bit on it. And it's fine. It's fine. It's hardly even there.
And I wonder if you and I do this. But also, when it comes to trauma and the wounds and the hurts and the pain in our life, like, is there something that you don't want to grieve out in the light? And so what you wanna do is you just wanna take that grief, that loss, and you also put it on the corner and just dim the lights just a little bit so it's manageable.
It doesn't stand out in relationships. Yeah, I'm just gonna dim that betrayal. Just gonna. Just gonna do that. Just gonna do that. And here what we find is Jesus is saying, hey, I just want you to know that you're gonna have a relationship with the light. So much so you're going to be light.
And what I want you to know is I want you to understand that God wants to shed his light on you. You and Jesus came as the light. So we have to change our relationship with what light is in our lives.
And he says, hey, hey, let me tell you, like, people. People love the darkness because they think they're going to be exposed.
They think they're going to be interrogated. They think they're going to be found out.
And I want you to know that sometimes when you come into a church scenario or religious setting, that is the thing Right. When you think about light being light, revealing some things, we always think, ah, yeah, it's gonna. It's the darkness is the sin inside of me, and I don't wanna do that. And some of you face that you've walked into spaces where it's not safe. It's like, okay, and there's a shot you feel sometimes even sitting there, that there is there the pastor or preacher is talking to you about your stuff, and it's just exposing you, interrogating you, investigating you. And what I want you to know is that when we jump into the story, the, the Christmas story, the Jesus story in Matthew today, you'll find this, that the light of God actually does two things. It illuminates and it invites. It illuminates your purpose in life and invites you to more of a possibility. It illuminates.
[00:12:45] Speaker A: Your life so you can see clearly and invites you to live a life more courageously. And it does that. We find that when we find that God sent Gabriel to Mary. And so let's just jump into the story and find out what's going on here. So it starts off and it says, elizabeth's pregnancy, right? It starts off.
Let me read this to you. It Sundays, in the sixth month of Elizabeth's pregnancy, God sent the angel. Angel? Who? Which one?
Gabriel. To Nazareth, a village in Galilee, to a virgin named Mary. She was engaged to be married to a man named. Who?
Joseph. A descendant of Abraham. Abraham, David.
So why does this story mention Elizabeth, first of all? Like, why are we talking about Elizabeth? I mean, let's get to Mary. Mary is the center of peace, right? But.
[00:13:40] Speaker A: The scriptures here point to Elizabeth, which is a fun fact because Elizabeth is the mother of. For extra credit, who?
John the Baptist. And John the Baptist was referred to as this voice in the wilderness, this light in the wilderness. And he actually called, he clarifies at one point in his work. He says, hey, I'm not the light, but I'm preparing the way for the light that's coming into the world. And so what's really interesting, this tie in over here. And he says that God sent an angel to interrupt, disturb the. I would say the darkness in Mary's life. And when I mean darkness, I'm talking about dimly lit places. The, the. The places where she's like, she's bound by a certain kind of expectation. I'm not talking about the sin in her life. I'm talking about the norm. I'm talking about you and I just living a life, going, this is what it's going to be. This is how good this is. My finances are here. I don't see anything more changing. This is what I'm doing. It's. It's like when you and I live our lives in such a way, we're like, we just. We're just gonna do what we do. We do what we do. It's just the norm. He is destroyed. Disturbing the norm. He is interrupting the norm. He's like. He's got. It's like, coming through. So this morning. This morning, regardless of, you know, what you might think God wants. Is doing in your life, I want you to know he is wanting you to see that he is. Wants to disturb this darkness, this norm of your life. Like, hey, if it's not as good as it gets right now, there's more out there. There's more out there. Why? Because he's called you to be light. And he starts by interrupting your darkness. And he sends this angel to Mary. Could he be talking to you as well? And he interrupts the norm of her life. And so what happens after that?
It says, Gabriel appeared to her and said, greetings. Greetings. Right.
What's that next word after that?
Favored woman. Favored. Say that word. Favored. Favored. Have you ever used that word for yourself?
Have you called yourself favored?
You're like, ah, I don't know. Some people are like, yes, I am. I am blessed, and I am highly favored.
No, no. Besides that. Do you know. Do you actually believe it, that you're favored?
Could you be God's favorite? You're like, I don't know about that.
I'm one. Yeah. Could you be one of his favorites?
And then it says, the Lord is with you. He says, you're favored and the Lord is with you. If you stop right here, how hard is it for you and I to believe that the Lord is with you?
You're like, I don't know, man. Good days. God's with me. I'm not quite sure right now.
[00:16:30] Speaker A: I'm on a. Just like a. Like a spiritual sabbatical here. Like, I'm here at church, but I'm, like, doing some stuff, and I'm not qu.
It's like, kosher, you know what I'm saying?
So I don't know if the Lord is with me. I think he's turned his eye back, you know? He's like, I don't want to see that. I don't know if the Lord is with me. But what if. Just. What if. Just. What if.
What if God's saying, hey, hey, listen up. I'm with you.
I'm with you. You're like, name me. No, no, no. I know you don't believe it or you don't feel it. I am with you and you are favored.
I know. The first reaction that we face when we hear that, we even are tempted to believe that fully, the first one is going to be confusion, right? So that's what happens with Mary. What happens? She's. What? She's like, she's confused and what. Of course she's disturbed because it's messed with her mind. Like, I don't know, could it be possible? What are you doing in my life?
What is this? Obviously she had an angel there. And then Mary tried to think what he could mean. Basically, it's like, I don't think you're thinking about me. I don't think you're talking to me, as it's the same where we feel in this moment when I say, hey, you're favored. God is with you. You're like, ah, probably this person sitting next to me, but not me, maybe behind me. I don't know about me.
So Mary has that same moment. And so we're in the story with Mary. And then the angel continues. And he says, hey, listen, listen, listen. Don't be. What? Don't be. Don't be afraid.
Don't be afraid to believe for just a second that maybe your worth is more than you think, that your life is more than you think. It could be possible. Maybe. Can I illuminate purpose in your life? Can I illuminate that maybe you don't see yourself more clearly?
Can I turn on the lights of what's possible in your life?
[00:18:22] Speaker A: Could you.
[00:18:24] Speaker A: Could you risk not being afraid to actually see all the potential that God has in your life? She says, hey, don't be afraid. The angel told her, for you have found again what favor? Favor with God. And you will conceive and give birth to who?
A son. And you'll name him Jesus. Jesus. And he will be great. And he will be called the Son of the Most High.
The Son of the Most High.
And he goes on, keeps on talking, and he says, hey, and here's what I'm gonna let you know. The Lord. The Lord will give him the throne of his ancestor David, and he will reign over Israel forever. His kingdom will never. What?
Never end. I mean, right there, he expands the boundaries of what it was even possible for her to think about.
You know, we do a benediction after every service. You know, in Ephesians 3, we say, now to him, who is able to do immeasurably what, more than we can. What, Ask? Or what?
Imagine, like we say this to him, who is able to dream bigger than I could ever dream, to believe something about me that I could never believe about me, to bring out a potential in me that I could never see coming to see me as a person I have never seen myself before.
God is able.
So this light illuminates this. He says, I want to see.
First of all, I don't want to interrogate you. I want to illuminate my love in you. I want to show you how much potential you truly have. This little light of yours, you need to let it shine.
This is bigger. So much, so much bigger than you.
[00:20:20] Speaker A: And then Mary reacts the way that we all do. You're like, okay, and how is this gonna happen?
Right? So what did she say? She's like, that's great. But what.
How's it gonna happen?
How's it gonna happen? Because for some of us, we're like, you know what, Naeem? I believe it. I believe it. Yes, yes, yes. That's what I. And then your mind comes in, you know. You know, you're a practical guy.
Don't you have a committee in there? They vote on stuff. And they're like, we just voted that we have no idea how this is actually gonna happen.
So we suggest you do not believe this.
Like, how is it gonna happen?
How is this gonna happen? And then she says, what?
I'm a virgin.
She's like, this cannot happen.
[00:21:06] Speaker A: I'm pretty sure I know I'm not gonna happen.
Basically, she's like, I'm not saying that I don't believe it. I'm just saying it's not possible physically.
[00:21:19] Speaker A: I don't think it's possible for you to turn this relationship around. I don't think it's possible. I think it's over.
I don't think this is gonna work. I don't think it's possible, really. Practically, it's not possible.
And then he goes, he says.
[00:21:35] Speaker A: This is amazing. The angel says.
He says, the Holy Spirit will come upon you.
He starts off. He says, oh, no, you should try harder. No, no, no, no. He says, the Holy Spirit will come upon you. Here's how it's gonna happen. He goes on and explains. He says, and the what and the power of the Most high will overshadow you.
He says, are you trying to tell me that you still believe that? I'm telling you that you're favored and you've got a calling and You've got potential. And God wants to illuminate this purpose in your life. And all he wants you to do is try harder.
[00:22:15] Speaker A: No.
[00:22:16] Speaker A: How big this is like, your life, as big as God wants it to be, the purpose that he's trying to show you, that you can't even imagine, it's not going to. To take place. It's not gonna manifest with you just going, I'm gonna manifest it. No, it's not gonna happen with you trying harder.
It's only gonna happen if the power of the Most High overshadows it.
It's the only thing. It's the only way. And he says, and so that's why. Let me just tell you. That's why it's gonna do that. So the baby we born will be what, Holy? That means set apart. That means unblemished. That means when this actually happens in your life, you are not gonna be able to take any credit for it. It's that big of a deal. It's that big.
And he will be called the Son of God. This is so much more than this.
And then he goes on, he says, also, I want you to know. I want you to know. Remember Elizabeth, right? Elizabeth, yeah. Your relatives. She's become pregnant in her old age. And you know what. Did you know what people used to say?
I mean, could you imagine the angels? Like, hey, did you. Did you know.
You know, we talked about that. You know, people. People be talking and, yeah, they're saying all kinds of stuff around you about you. They're like, not her. Not happening.
Nope. And what happened? She. People said that, but she has conceived a son and is now in the sixth month.
He's like, hey, let me just tell you. Let me just tell you here.
You remember so and so. You remember so and so.
See, I think there's something so profound in when we are at a point of. We have to believe in God.
Sometimes we don't have to look inside or look up. Like, as in look inside and go, God, I'm going to believe that God, what he's saying is true. It's part of that. Sometimes it's looking up and going, I'm just gonna believe because you said it and I hear it and all that. Sometimes what we need to do to step out in faith, you just need to look around.
You just need to look around to the other person that, you know, that, you know, there is no way this person could have accomplished this by themselves. You have to look around at the testimony. That's why there's power in Stories.
There's power in your testimony. There's power. And when you witness about God's love and God's power in your life, that's why when you have to stop. And sometimes God. But God, didn't you do it for so and so?
You did it for so and so. And that's what the angel is saying. Just look around you. Remember, they said this couldn't be done in their life. It was done. So why couldn't it happen for you? If you've ever thought God, God, God, you did this for so and so. Why can't you do it for me? That's a really good thought. Because the angels, like, basically said, hey, look around.
Look, look, look around, look around.
[00:25:17] Speaker A: And then he says this. He says, for the word. For the word of God would what?
He'll never, never fail.
And so could God be really speaking to you? Could God be illuminating parts of your life that need to be illuminated? Could God be saying, hey, can I. Can I stand by that dimmer switch just a little bit?
Can I just turn that up just a little bit?
Because I need you to see something here as part of it. I need you. Because I'm gonna disturb the darkness in you. The darkness meaning some painful things in your life. I just want you to turn it up. I know. I know it looks good right now, but let's just turn that up so we can clear that out a little bit. Let's just do that. I'm not gonna turn all the lights.
It's a dimmer switch situation here. We're just gonna turn up. Just. Can I do that? Can I. Cause I wanna disturb the darkness.
[00:26:08] Speaker A: I want you to see something in your life here that you really need to see.
[00:26:13] Speaker A: I need you to do that. Could God be saying, hey, I'm inviting you to live more courageously, to actually know that God's painting this picture?
It's not like a grand purpose. It's a wider purpose. It's not a grand purpose to make you famous or make you successful. No, it's bigger. It's wider.
It's about you leaving a mark. It's about you leaving a leg. Not for this generation, not for your life, for other lives.
[00:26:42] Speaker A: That come after you. I'm inviting you to a purpose that's bigger than you. That's why some of you guys are. That you guys give and serve to Mosaic. Why? Because we are leaving a legacy of what the church could look like for our generations, that we're leaving them a church that's better, that's more Reclaimed for the gospel and for Jesus. And so we're doing that on purpose. And so he's maybe inviting you. My question, though, is what will be your response?
Is it going to be. I don't know. I'm confused, I'm disturbed. Is it going to be, how is this going to even happen? Or is it going to. But what she said, and she says this, she says, I am the what, the Lord's servant. She says, I'm going to just. The servant. Basically, what I'm going to do is I'm just going to do what I have been told.
[00:27:30] Speaker A: I'm not gonna think about it. I'm the Lord's servant. And then it says, and may everything.
This is a prayer that. Honestly, some of you guys need to pray over you this whole week. Now we have all these notes in our app, okay? So you can. You can reference it again. But this is a great prayer. May. May what? Let's say it together. May everything you have said about me come true.
[00:27:59] Speaker A: Not everything I've said about me. What I have said about me.
Because, you know, your mind's a little.
[00:28:07] Speaker A: No, you said a lot of horrible things about you. Have you ever cussed yourself out?
Have you called yourself names?
Like, sometimes some of us talk to ourselves in a way we would never talk to people we love.
[00:28:23] Speaker A: We would never do that.
We wouldn't be like, you're an idiot.
You would never say, like, you're the dumbest person in the world. But we say to ourselves.
[00:28:34] Speaker A: So here she's like, may everything what you said about me come true, man. That will set you free. That will light up your purpose, that will lead you to live more courageously. So my response is, what are you going to do? What are you going to do? See, God is coming to you. What are you going to do?
[00:29:02] Speaker A: What's going to happen? Here's a passage that invites us to actually what to do, but also tells us, like, the heart of God. This is in John. He says this. He says, the one who is the true light, who gives light to everyone, was coming into the world.
Like, that's what happened. Okay, he came into his very own, but the world did not recognize him. They're talking about Jesus coming to the Jewish people.
He came to his own people. But even they. What do they do?
They rejected him.
But.
But to all that means to anyone, that means us. But to anyone who believed that he was who he was, the light who came in, who believed in the Christmas story. Not the Santa one, the other one, who believed anyone who Believed.
Number one believed and accepted him. He gave what?
The right to become children of God. They are what they are.
Reborn.
Reborn not from with a physical birth resulting from human passion. No, no, no, no, no. But a birth that comes from what?
From God.
God is inviting us to be reborn into a life that we have never, ever seen because it's always been so dimly lit.
And God's saying, hey, can I turn this up? And by the way, when I turn up light in your life, in you, that light is going to go through you. And so you might have this little light of yours, but you need to let it shine.
You need to let it shine because it will affect everyone around you.
So what should be our response? Right? Our response should be, is, are we going to believe?
And are we going to accept.
Are we going to believe that, you know what? Maybe this is possible for some of us? I'll tell you what. Your supernatural obedience will open the door to God's.
Your natural obedience will open the door to God's supernatural power. If you just believe and then you just accept, you just surrender and allow God to.
To light up and turn up whatever he wants to and show you what he's doing in your life.
So as we move through Christmas in the story, we're gonna see that this light doesn't just disturb the darkness. It does more things. But this is the first part of the conversation.
So let me just pray over us. God, what are you. What are you saying to us?
Where do we want. Where are you calling us to.
[00:31:58] Speaker A: Allow you to turn up the light?
Let's pray together. Can we do that?
[00:32:04] Speaker A: Let's pray together. Let's close our eyes for a second and maybe just take a deep breath.
[00:32:14] Speaker A: Just take a deep breath.
[00:32:24] Speaker A: God, would you.
[00:32:29] Speaker A: Would you show us something.
[00:32:35] Speaker A: God? Would you speak.
[00:32:45] Speaker A: God, Would you bring something to mind?
[00:32:49] Speaker A: God, right now, I know you're doing that. You're bringing some things to mind. You're bringing. You're exposing. You're illuminating some things. Some negative thoughts.
You're illuminating God.
[00:33:06] Speaker A: Some.
[00:33:09] Speaker A: Hopelessness in our lives.
You're illuminating a restlessness that we feel.
[00:33:20] Speaker A: Father, I just pray.
[00:33:23] Speaker A: This couple of minutes would just be sacred.
[00:33:28] Speaker A: That you would envelop us with your love and acceptance, your.
[00:33:40] Speaker A: Your.
[00:33:42] Speaker A: Dreams for us and God. We do.
We do with the best that we know how to pray. We pray. God, may everything.
[00:33:56] Speaker A: May everything that you say about me.
[00:34:04] Speaker A: Come true.
[00:34:07] Speaker A: Not what people have said about me.
Not what I have said about me.
I've lived too long.
[00:34:15] Speaker A: Living out what other people have said about me.
[00:34:21] Speaker A: What I've said about me. I've just lived too long and I've walked around in darkness.
[00:34:30] Speaker A: How would you come illuminate my heart and mind?
[00:34:36] Speaker A: Because God, you are so worthy of everything.
So we give you. I give you everything. We give you everything. God, we give you. We accept, we believe, we surrender.
God, do what only you can do. As we respond, God, remind us how powerful it is when we go to the cross or we light a candle, we receive communion.
[00:35:02] Speaker A: God, allow us to respond in Jesus name. Thanks for listening to this message from Mosaic church in Charlotte, North Carolina.
