God may not be who you think he is. He isn’t waiting to catch you doing something wrong so he can punish you. He doesn’t use guilt and shame to control your behavior. He isn’t even solely concerned with your morality and goodness. If any of those sound untrue to you, it may be time for you to quit on your version of God.
In this message, Jesus uses 3 parables in Luke 15 (the parables of the lost sheep, the lost coin and the prodigal son) to show us who God really is. You’ll also learn the difference between the God of the Old Testament and the God of the New Testament and why it matters where you start reading the Bible.
Share this message with a friend who has turned away from God to remind them that God hasn’t turned away from them, and he never will.
